Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes. Reception with total destemming and soft crushing, followed by five days of tanning. Aging for ten months in new French oak barrels.
It has an attractive aroma, with notes of fruit that completely overlap with those of wood. In the mouth, it shows surprising acidity, striking structure, light astringency and delicate retronasal aroma, which give it a long and seductive finish. A wine that tastes better than it smells!
