Fresh and inviting, loaded with fruit aromas (citrus and some peach), bay leaves, listed flowers, tense and very clean. Good mineral load, direct, on the palate showing itself with fruit (citrus, peach) and revoked, with a beautiful effect, refreshing the palate with a good bottom dryness. Good company for delicate fish -based dishes or grilled seafood.

Grape varieties: Loureiro 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, remaining on fine lees for 3 months. The grapes are grown naturally on granite soils and harvested by hand. Our classic Loureiro.
Tasting Notes: Pale citrus hue. A wine with great granite minerality, fruit and flower aromas with hints of lime and orange peel. It has good mouth volume and vibrant acidity. Long and persistent end.
Recommendation: Should be served between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing: Goes well with grilled or roasted fish, codfish with cream, seafood, sushi, salads and fruit.
