Vinification: Total or partial destemming, depending on the year, fermentation in small vats with manual or mechanical treading. End of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used wood, followed by resting in second year barrels and vats for up to 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense fragrant and clean aroma, crushed wild berries, some vegetal attraction, medium body, with fruit quality, very lively, firm tannins and pronounced acidity at the end of the mouth.
Recommendation: Serving temperature 16ºC to 18ºC.
