Vinification: The wine produced at Casa de Saima is exclusively produced from selected grapes from its own vineyards. Located in the center of the Bairrada region, Casa de Saima is associated with the production of great quality wines.
Tasting Notes: The wine presents a clear, opaque ruby color with violet reflections and a hue with some purple hints. It has a vinous and elegant aroma, marrying notes of ripe red fruits and spices. On the palate, soft and velvety, it is elegant with a long and authentic finish according to its tradition.
Recommendation: Drink at a temperature of 16 to 18 º C.
Food Pairing: Excellent with stew or roasted lamb dishes.
