Vinification:
Manual harvest. The grapes were transferred to 20kg boxes and then fully unhooked. Fermentation in vats. Adding cognac.

Storage and serving advice:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Pairing with food:
It pairs well with a wide variety of caramel or coffee desserts, as well as apple pie and traditional custards. It also paris well with strong or blue cheese, such as Roquefort. It is also a very pleasant aperitif when served cold with nuts.
