Vinification:
Tasting Notes: Its golden color is a reflection of aging in Tonel for several years. Although it’s a dry wine, the nose conveys a sense of sweetness due to the combination of floral, honeyed and oaky aromas. Shaking it awakens its fresh, minty character. The palate is soft, with balanced acidity and a dryness that is well disguised by its softness.
Recommendation: We recommend drinking it at 12-13º.
Food pairing: A real journey of sensations that could become more intense when paired with smoked fish, salads, hors d’oeuvres and lightly sweet fruit desserts.
