Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: The grapes are transported in 20kg boxes and sorted on a sorting table. After destemming, the grapes are partially crushed and sent to the fermentation vats. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 20 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Fresh fruit, with hints of cherry and blackberry, combined with barrel notes. Good acidity, which gives it great gastronomic breadth. There are no words to describe this great wine.
Recommendation: Storage Pour at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food pairing: This wine is a fine accompaniment to red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
