Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Vinification: The grapes were destemmed, crushed and vinified, with a careful maceration of the musts in contact with the skins, in order to extract the maximum color, tannins and aromas, complemented by permanent remontage during fermentation. Fermentation took place in French oak vats at a controlled temperature between 27ºC and 29ºC, until the desired sweetness was reached. The vinic fortification occurred after the addition of the brandy, originating a fortified wine. Aged in French oak barrels since 2000.
