Tasting notes:
With a fresh, delicate and decidedly mineral aroma, notes of citrus fruits and fresh herbs stand out. In the mouth it is enveloping and very elegant, with good acidity. The finish is fresh with good citrus and mineral notes.

10 – 12ºC
Vinification:
After careful selection upon arrival at the cellar, they were gently pressed at low temperature to avoid oxidation and coarse lees extraction.

8 months in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels
