Founded in 2001 by the winemaker couple Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, the Wine & Soul company has invested in the Douro region, acquiring properties and old vineyards in the Pinhão River valley. The couple’s goal is to create wines that express all the character of the old vines and indigenous varieties of the Douro, looking for a balance between concentration, complexity and elegance.
