Grape varieties: Sousão, Touriga Nacional
Vinification: The grapes are hand picked and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the winery, cold pre-maceration, spontaneous fermentation, cuvaison for 26 days. Aged 30% in new French oak barrels, 55% neutral and 35% in stainless steel vats for 14 months.
Tasting Notes: Dark violet color with concentrated aroma of red fruits. Round tannins. End of mouth is intense and persistent.
Recommendation: Keep at 12ºC to be served at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC.
