Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Aroma of red fruits mainly blackberries and sloes. Well balanced, subtle structure. Fresh at the end.
Recommendations: Lay down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing: A very gastronomic wine which goes well with roasted fish; lamb chops; dry codfish cooked in the Portuguese way; as well as with chèvre.
