Vinification: 20 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Ruby in colour with a soft aroma of vanilla, blueberry, cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it’s dry with rough tannins, a long finish and well marked acidity.
Recommendations: Serve between 12º and 18ºC.
Food Pairing: Goes well with red meat, game and Italian dishes.
