Aging: 20 months in used French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Ruby color. Medium intensity, light vanilla, white pepper, currant and blackberry. This variety is known for producing less concentrated wines, but more perfumed, with high acidity and medium body.
Recommendation: Serve at 18ºC.
Food Pairing: This wine is a fine accompaniment to red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
