Vinification: Niepoort Dry White is made in the traditional style with long skin maceration. The final blend includes different wines aged in oak barrels for an average of 3.5 years. The Dry White is delicious served chilled as an aperitif or as a long drink with tonic water, ice and a touch of lemon. Vinification: The white grapes undergo a long skin maceration, occasionally with foot treading in lagares, with fermentation continuing until almost dry, before the addition of pure brandy. The wine is aged in small oak casks in our cellars in Gaia for at least 3.5 years before bottling.

Recommendation: We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 12ºC.

Food pairing: Suitable as an aperitif, but it also goes well as a dessert wine or simply on its own at the end of a meal.
