Harvested in several blocks of old vines and fermented in stainless steel for 5 weeks, with carbonic maceration. After malolactic fermentation and some aging in these stainless steel vats, the wine was bottled without filtering.
Bright colour. Aroma of red fruits, some spice and a mineral touch. Fresh, truly attractive and full of precision.
