Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: The grapes from Quinta do Noval are foot trodden to obtain the must, then during fermentation are pressed in lagares, the traditional stone vats of the farm. Noval Tawny 10 year old is a blend of old Ports from different vintages, matured in oak barrels throughout its life and with an average age of 10 years.

Rich and smooth on the palate, it presents an elegant structure and a long and persistent finish.
Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-14°C. Decanting is not necessary because this filtered port has no sediments. It is ready to drink as soon as bottled. It can be enjoyed for about 3 months by keeping the bottle in a cool place.
Food Pairing:Particularly nice with a dessert, with dark chocolate or cheese. Also on its own at the end of a meal.
