Grape varieties: Encruzado, Bical, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal Branco.
Vinification: This was followed by ageing on the lees in the same tanks and only 10% in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas associated with the white fruit character of the region, such as bravo de esmolfe apple. Mineral notes respecting the granite soils from which it originated.
Recommendation: 14°C.
Food Pairing: Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and vegetables.
