Pequenos Rebentos are wines resulting from the work of traditional grape varieties, namely in the Vinho Verde Region, where I think the ideal conditions for their excellence exist.

Made from grapes from selected winegrowers from Melgaço, terrains with a higher slope and altitude conferred freshness and floral aroma, and Monção, terrains closer to the pebble river, produced an aroma based on fruit and softness.
Fermented in stainless steel vats using battonage and aging on fine lees for 6 months. A wine with a strong varietal character, rustic and fresh, as well as round and aromatic, with the minerality that I appreciate in this variety, whose elegance and particularity can only be found in great world varieties.
