Aphros Phaunus Pet Nat is a natural Ruby Clara brightly bright rosé wine. In terms of aromas we can check in this wine notes of pomegranate, cherries and blackberries. It has a very fresh and alive acidity.

Grape varieties: Loureiro 70% and Arinto 30%.
Vinification: Pressing. Decantation in stainless steel vats. Fermentation between 16º and 18ºC in stainless steel vats and finished in bottle. Dégorgement after 5 months. Sparkling wine produced by the old method. Made from a single fermentation without the addition of yeast or sugar.
Recommendation: Should be served between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:As an aperitif or accompanying fish dishes, white meats and desserts.
