The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. A judicious blend of superior quality old Tawny Ports (aged in oak), with an average age of 20 years.

Golden yellowish brown to amber. Elegant and delicate aromas of dried fruit. Refined and harmonious, with a long-lasting finish.
Advice for Store and Serve:
It should be served at room temperature 18ºC/64ºF or slightly chilled.
Splendid with cheese, pastries, pastries, nuts, light puddings and cakes.
