Grape varieties: Gouveio, Viosinho, Malvasia and Rabigato.
Vinification: Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit.
Tasting Notes: COLOR: Straw yellow-orange. BOUQUET: Intense nose with notes of orange peel and honey. PALATE: Spicy notes, slightly smoky with a very fresh and enveloping profile.
Recommendation: Serve at 12°C.
Food Pairing: Excellent digestif, goes particularly well with sweet desserts such as honey cake, toasted almonds and orange ice cream.
