Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. A careful blend of premium quality old Tawny Ports (matured in oak), with an average age of 40 years.

Storage and serving advice:
It should be served at room temperature 18ºC / 64ºF or lightly chilled.
