Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in large wooden vats for an average of 4 to 5 years, then blended in stainless steel tanks to preserve its full-bodied, rich and well-balanced classic style.

Advice for Store and Serve:
Serve at room temperature 18ºC/64ºF or slightly chilled in hot weather.
