The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in large wooden vats for an average of 4 to 5 years, then blended in stainless steel tanks to preserve its full-bodied, rich and well-balanced classic style.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão
ruby color. Ripe red fruits, strawberry and raspberry aroma. Full-bodied and rich, with a long and striking finish.
Advice for Store and Serve:
Serve at room temperature 18ºC/64ºF or slightly chilled in hot weather.
Excellent with cheeses, wild fruit tarts, almonds, nuts and dried fruits. Excellent with chocolates and sweet desserts.
