Vinification:
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation with maceration, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Aging in oak barrels for a minimum period of 7 years.

Serve at room temperature at 17ºC or slightly cold.
