Grape Varieties: Vital.
Vinification: The Vital grape variety was macerated, fermented and aged in 20 hectoliters cement vats.
Tasting Notes: COZ’s Pop comes from old vines planted in the protected landscape of the Serra de Montejunto . The vines are over 40 years old and planted on clay-limestone soils. They are cultivated ecologically without the use of chemicals that could harm the natural balance of the terroir and the vines. The harvest is carried out manually at the ideal point of ripeness.
Recommendation: Serve at a temperature of 8°C.
