Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina,Côdega de Larinho,Rabigato,Viosinho.
Vinification: The grapes are handpicked and transported in 30 kg trays. Controlled fermentation interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Matured in wood for 3 years, followed by blending of several White Port wines from different vintages, stabilization by cold and filtration.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Very refreshing, citrus and tropical flavors of pineapple and banana. Well balanced and refined, smooth with a long lasting finish.
Recommendation: Should be served chilled 10°C/50°F.
Food Pairing: Excellent aperitif or with soft cheeses, nuts, almonds and olives.
