All Port Wine fans know or have heard about the differences between the three great types of wine: White Port, Ruby Port and Tawny Port.
White Port Wine is exclusively produced from grapes that during the fermentation process do not have contact between the skins and the must and are aged in oak vats.
These wines are typically young and fruity and are the only Port wines that are characterized thanks to their sweetness. There are Dry, Medium-Dry and Sweet Whites, and White Port Wine is never completely dry due to the techniques used in its production.
