Quinta da Serradinha Tinto is an organic red wine, aged in barrel, prepared by the Quinta da Serradinha Adega in the Denomination Regional Wine of Lisbon (Portugal) with the native castes Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Baga and Castelão.

Grape Varieties: 50% Baga, 25% Castelão, 15% Touriga Nacional, 10% Alfrocheiro.
Vinification: In the winery, Quinta da Serradinha Tinto grapes are destemmed and crushed before vinification. They go through a relatively short maceration, followed by non-temperature controlled fermentation. Finally, the wine is aged in 225 liter French oak barrels for 24 months.
Recommendation: Serve at 16°C.
Food Pairing: Aperitif, cold meats, cured cheeses, red meats.
