Description: The soil of the vineyard of this wine is composed of schist.
The harvest is 100% manual and in the vinification of this wine there is total destemming and spontaneous fermentation in granite presses with foot treading. Stabilization in stainless steel followed by aging in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting Notes: Wine with an intense ruby color, of great complexity, with powerful aromas, sui generis of wild fruits, mineral, mint and eucalyptus, typical of Silveira terroir and aging in barrels. Elegant and soft mouth, with well-framed tannins, in an elegant and balanced set.
