Quinta de La Rose Reserve Red. HARVEST: Portugal, like the rest of Europe, experienced an extremely hot and dry spring and summer. Extremely high temperatures (many days above 40ºC) and the lack of rain from June onwards caused initial signs of water stress in the vines, especially on the south facing ones closer to the river. Our best expectations were confirmed and the grapes were able to adapt to these conditions.
Most of the grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards on the farm, namely Vale do Inferno and Vinha Grande.

Quinta de La Rose Reserva Red wine is a regional wine from the Douro. With fresh aromas of red and black fruits, they combine very well with the floral notes. Exceptionally rich, harmonious and complete, it is the elegance that defines this wine. Its succulent tannins contribute to a delicious and very long finish.
