Vinification:
The grapes were handpicked at the ideal time of maturation in order to generate higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26 °. Aged for 12 months in new and second year French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.

Storage and serving advice:
Storage Laying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
