Vinification: Harvested by hand. Part of the blend fermented in stainless steel vats and another part in French oak casks.
Tasting Notes: Citrus color, intense nose with aromas of ripe white fruit, some citrus, well-balanced wood. Great freshness and excellent concentration. A gastronomic wine, mineral and with very fine acidity. Long and persistent finish.
