Variety of grape varieties: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Barroca.
Vinification and aging: Manual harvest into 20 kg boxes. The grapes are fully destemmed before being trodden by foot in a mill. A minimum of 5 years in wood. Wine not stabilized by cold and only slightly filtered.
