Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8 to 10 days, without destemming. 100% of the wine ages in American oak barrels for 8 months. The wine is lightly filtered and bottled at Quinta de Ventozelo. It rests in bottle for a minimum period of 6 months before being launched on the market.
Dark red color. Very concentrated with aromas of red fruits. Warm, plum, fully flavored with elegant tannins.
Advice for Store and Serve:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Ideal for cured cheeses and other meat and fish dishes.
