It is very reduced, with slightly smoky/toasted, spongy aromas, but after half an hour of burning it developed and opened with spice, beautifully concentrated black cherry fruit. The wine has great length and firm tannins, obviously needs more time in bottle, but clearly has great potential.

Storage Lying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food pairing:
Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially with grilled meats.
