Deep ruby color. Vinous aroma, ripe fruit, deep wood. Wine flavor, full-bodied, soft and deep.
Storage and serving advice:
We recommend drinking at a temperature of 16ºC. This quality wine has not been filtered or cold stabilized, so we recommend serving it carefully as it can create deposits.
Pairing with food:
It goes well with buttery goat and sheep cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled or roasted) and red meats.
