Vinification:
Foot trodden in mills, fermentation lasted from 4 to 5 days, producing an excellent extract. This Vintage was aged for 18 months in large old oak barrels (vats and barrels). Bottling took place 2 years after harvest.

Storage and serving advice:
It must be opened at least 2 hours before serving and decanted. Service temperature between 17 ºC and 18 ºC. The bottle should be stored flat, in a cool, dry place, shaded from light.

After dinner, this wine pairs well with Serra, Stilton and Gorgonzola cheeses, as well as other fatty cheeses. Ideal accompaniment to a strong cigar
