Purple in colour, it has aromas of very ripe red fruit (blackberries, red plums and figs), some coffee and chocolate. On the palate it’s a full-bodied, round wine with a long, persistent finish.

Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão.
Vinification: After selecting the best wines of 2011, the blend was aged for two years in vats and then in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which took place in 2013.
Tasting Notes: With notes of soft fruit, light liquorice and plums. On the nose there are pleasant spicy notes.
Recommendations: Consumption at 16º is recommended. It can be enjoyed slightly chilled at 16-18 degrees, preferably in large glasses. It may form a little sediment over time, so we recommend decanting before serving.
Food Pairing: Harmonises with sweet desserts, mature cheeses and blue cheese.
