Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto cão, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Francisca, etc.
Vinification: Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and brandy added to the masses when baumé is desired.
Tasting Notes: Ruby colour, with red fruit aromas. The palate is fresh with persistent tannins.
Recommendations: It should be served at an ambient temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing: It goes well with chocolate desserts and fruit tarts.
