Grape varieties: Fernão Pires, Cerceal, Malvasia Fina, Gouveio Real.
Vinification: Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: This Light Dry Port has an excellent balance between freshness and strength. Its lower alcohol content enhances the different characteristics of the grape and brings out the wine’s bouquet and acidity. Pale white in color, fruity, soft and fresh on the palate.
Recommendation: Serve chilled (10ºC) as an aperitif, and at 14-18ºC as an after-dinner Port.
Food pairing: Goes well as an aperitif.
