Vinification: Chases the 50% tannery in traditional foot treading. 26 months in oak barrels, 6 months in ½ French oak barrels and 5 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Vinous aroma, ripe fruit, deep, intense, light wood. Vinous, full-bodied, soft, fruity, balanced taste. It is an intense, mature and full-bodied wine, which is expected to age well in the bottle for several years after bottling, acquiring its own character.
Recommendation: Store horizontally at ± 15ºC, constant temperature. Best served at 15 – 18ºC.
Food Pairing: Goes well with blue goat and sheep cheeses, red meats.
