Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: 50% tanning plant in traditional foot treading. Ageing: 42 months in oak barrels, 12 months in French oak barrels and five months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Tawny color with topaz reflections. Evolved and pronounced bouquet with notes of dried fruit. Velvety, rich, complex taste with hints of spices. It’s an intense wine, well developed and fresh, and is expected to age well in the bottle for several years after bottling.
Recommendation: Store horizontally at ± 15ºC, constant temperature. Best served at 15 – 18ºC.
Food Pairing: Goes well with cheeses, regional desserts and dried fruit.
