Seara d’Ordens Vintage 2012 was made from the best grapes from the Seara d’Ordens estate, one of the oldest varieties in the Douro valley. In the vinification phase, 50% destemming takes place, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is then stored for 12 months in large barrels.

Tasting Notes: With its opaque red color, Vintage 2012 is a Port wine with a classic aroma, ripe and intense fruit, hints of chocolate and pepper. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, persistent and lively with vigorous tannins.

Food pairing: Goat’s and sheep’s blue cheeses, red meats, sausages and chocolate.
