Vinification: The wine was aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months and then in old wooden barrels until bottling in the 2nd year.
Tasting Notes: Dark, opaque red color. Classic aroma, ripe and intense fruit, hints of chocolate and pepper. It is an intense, mature and full-bodied wine, which is expected to age well in the bottle for several years after bottling, acquiring its own character.
Recommendation: Decant and serve between 16 and 18ºC, in a suitable glass.
Food pairing: Goes well with goat’s cheese and red meats.
