This Vintage, with its unique personality and character, is made from the best grapes from the estate and is vinified traditionally and over a long period of time. It is aged in stainless steel vats for the first year, followed by 12 months in casks until bottling, which takes place during the second year.

Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: 50% destemming, fermented in stainless steel vats with automatic pumping over and temperature control.
Tasting Notes: Opaque and red in color, Vintage 2020 is a Port wine with a classic aroma, ripe and intense fruit, hints of chocolate and pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied, persistent and lively with vigorous tannins.
Recommendation: This is an intense, mature and full-bodied wine. It is expected to age well in the bottle for several years after bottling, acquiring a character of its own.
Food pairing: Blue goat and sheep cheeses, red meats, sausages and chocolate.
