Grape varieties: Arinto (70%) and Azal (30%).
Vinification: Segmented harvest (3 passages in the same plot, within 8 days), manual grape selection, pressing of whole grapes followed by decanting. Fermentation at 17°C for 8 days. Racking 10 days after fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for 4 months.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, very fresh and long finish.
Recommendation: Serve at 12°-14ºC.
