Vinification:
The grapes, from the Alvarinho and Loureiro variety, were harvested manually in small-capacity boxes. After pressing, the must obtained was decanted for 48 hours. Then fermentation took place, at controlled temperature, using pre-selected yeasts. Bottling took place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a stage in the bottle.

Storage and serving advice:
Store at a temperature of 15ºC. Serve at a temperature between 8 – 10º C.
