Vinification:
Alvarinho grapes are produced with the concept of organic viticulture and manual harvesting from the vineyards of Quinta de Soalheiro. The microclimate that influences the production of Alvarinho grapes is very particular. The region of Melgaço, in the north of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountains that create the perfect conditions of precipitation, temperature and number of hours of sunshine necessary for the best maturation of the Alvarinho grapes.
