Grape varieties: Jaen, Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: The João Tavares Da Pina Terra de Tavares Red 2002 is made from Jaen (60%) and Touriga Nacional (40%) which were grown in clay-loam soil. The grapes were macerated for 1 week and aged in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 2 years in old 600 liter oak barrels.
Recommendation: Serve at 16°-18°C.
